- 7월 1일~4일, 2024년 글로컬대학30 본지정 실행계획 설명회 개최

□ 우리 대학은 27일 ‘국립한밭대학교-충남대학교 글로컬대학30 및 통합추진에 대한 원칙(안)’을 대학 구성원에게 공유하면서 글로컬대학30 본지정과 충남대학교와의 통합에 대한 대학의 구체적인 의지를 표명했다.

□ On the 27th, Hanbat National University shared with university members the "Principles for the promotion of Hanbat National University-Chungnam University Glocal University 30 and integration" and expressed the university's specific willingness to designate main Glocal University 30 and integrate with Chungnam National University.

 ○ 국립한밭대학교는 충남대학교와 함께 글로컬대학30 사업 추진 이전인 2022년 12월 28일 양교 간 통합논의 시작 선포식을 기점으로 통합논의를 이어왔으며, 2024년 1월 31일에는 글로컬대학30 사업 및 대학 통합추진에 합의했다.

 ○ Hanbat National University, and Chungnam National University has discussed the integration since the announcement ceremony on December 28, 2022, before the promotion of the Glocal University 30 project, and on January 31, 2024, they agreed to promote the Glocal University 30 project and the university integration.

□ 국립한밭대는 글로컬대학30 예비지정 단계에서 교육부에 제출한 혁신기획서 내용을 기반으로 사업추진과 통합 과정에서 양교가 합의해야 하는 사항들을 도출하고 자체적인 원칙(안)을 마련했다.

□ Based on the contents of the innovation plan submitted to the Ministry of Education at the preliminary designation stage of Glocal University 30, Hanbat National University drew up matters that the two schools have to agree on in the business promotion and integration and prepared their own principles.

 ○ 이번 원칙(안)에는 초격차 R&D 및 융합교육 혁신 등 대학통합의 목적, 이를 위한 유사중복학과의 통합 등 학사구조 개혁, 캠퍼스 재배치 기준 및 구성원 보호 원칙 등이 담겼다.

 ○ The principle (draft) includes the purpose of university integration, such as super-gap R&D and convergence education innovation, academic structure reform, such as integration of similar overlapping departments, campus relocation standards, and membership protection principles.

 ○ 오민욱 기획처장은 “향후 양교가 원칙을 합의해 가는 과정에서 양 대학 구성원들의 이견이 있을 수 있겠으나, 상호 존중하고 인정하며, 지속적으로 조율해 나가겠다”고 말했다.

 ○ Oh Min-wook, head of the planning department, said, "There may be differences between the members of the two universities in the process of agreeing on principles in the future, but we will respect and recognize each other and continue to coordinate."

 ○ 우리 대학은 오는 7월 1일에서 4일까지 대학 구성원(교수, 직원·조교, 재학생(학부·대학원)) 및 총동문회 등을 대상으로 총 8회에 걸친 ‘2024년 글로컬대학30 본지정 실행계획 설명회’를 개최할 예정이며, 이때 글로컬대학30 본지정 실행계획서의 혁신 방향 및 통합 원칙(안)에 대한 설명과 구성원 의견을 수렴할 예정이다.

 ○ From July 1 to 4, our university will hold a total of eight sessions of "2024 Glocal University 30 Main Designated Action Plan Briefing" for university members (professors, staff, assistants, students (undergraduates and graduate students) and alumni meetings, and at this time, it will explain the innovation direction and integration principles of the Glocal University 30 main designated action plan and collect opinions from members.

□ 오용준 총장은 “국립한밭대학교-충남대학교 글로컬대학30 선정과 통합추진을 통해 양교가 지역 발전과 산업 활성화를 견인하는 경쟁력 있는 국립대학으로 성장하는 동력을 얻고 시대를 앞서가는 미래형 글로벌 선도대학으로 자리매김해 나갈 수 있도록 노력하겠다”고 말했다.

□ President Oh Yong-joon said, "Through the selection and integration of Hanbat National University-Chungnam University Glocal University 30, we will strive for the two schools to gain momentum to grow into a competitive national university that drives regional development and industrial revitalization and establish itself as a future global leading university ahead of its time."
